Here is a broad brush view of SETL’s roadmap for SETL Labs. It shows the current state of our offerings, and projections and time frames for future developments.
This is SETL’s core product which provides access to the distributed ledger technology for financial applications. Users can request a personal instance of OpenCSD to be used alongside our Documentation and Quick Start Walk Throughs to provide insight into the core functionality of the system, namely creating, sending, issuing and encumbering assets, establishing connections to other parties and reporting on the various balances and activities recorded on the blockchain.
Use the power of blockchain to simplify the creation of complex contracts. Engage multiple parties and multiple assets. Apply different actions to parties and assets, all of which are simultaneously actioned upon contractual completion.
SETL Connect is a frontend that allows development of workflows in a graphical framework. It is accessed through a web browser. The designer builds flows by dragging/dropping prebuilt “nodes” supplied by SETL onto a sheet, and wiring up nodes to establish control and data flows. In the backend, SETL Connect invokes REST APIs or web sockets fronted by Member nodes to perform operations or query details from the blockchain.
The OpenAPI Specification (OAS) defines a standard, programming language-agnostic interface description for REST APIs, which allows both humans and computers to discover and understand the capabilities of a service without requiring access to source code, additional documentation, or inspection of network traffic. SETL also provide an Explorer-like interface to preview the processes.
